Low upload speed (near to zero)

Hey,

I've received an update by email: on the french board there is currently some info and they will also put it up on the english board (french version: http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=14603)
The cause of the problem is they're having to add 450TB disk space each week, and due to that are having to optimize the space in their data centers.
It states that it will take another few days for things to improve.

I'm glad I know they're working on it, and that it should be fixed in a reasonable time frame (I had read on the forum somewhere timeframes of multiple months). I can wait another few days.

they don't answer anywhere.... it's like there is no support.
hubic.com as it is now is just useless.

At the very least they could have a status page somewhere explaining what is going on, when it will be fixed, and what the consequences of that fix will be.

I have a 10TB account and I can 't use it. Does anyone know of a non-US based alternative that doesn't cost too much more ? 5TB is more than enough for me.

Same problem — and what a pity that Hubic is not responding to this. I now regard this Hubic €50 p.a. service as being useless, and unless this is fixed soon I will cancel my subscription.

And, we use other OVH services too: this Hubic problem tarnishes all, and I will be less likely to use any OVH service in future.

Can anybody suggest their favorite alternative to Hubic?

Any feedback from OVH when this problem gets fixed?

I tweeted to https://twitter.com/ovh and https://twitter.com/olesovhcom that their hubiC service is not usable, cannot upload files since upload speed is close to zero, you could do the same, maybe it helps, maybe not.

Why did they lowered the price to 5€ when they cannot offer the service with so low price, I would not mind paying 10€ again if we get decent speed and better support.

same problems for me. No video is charged. Fotos one by one, when it works. I have 99,9 % free storage and I paid for 10 TO !!!!

Since a couple of days it's virtually impossible to upload any data to Hubic.

Hubic shortly displays the full speed, then goes down to zero, and after some minutes displays timeout errors.

My storage space is still over 80% free. General internet connection works without issues.

How can I bring my account to life again?
