Account expiring?

Hello *,

I was wondering why hubic is not automatically debiting my bank account.
Under my hubic account details i saw, that my hubic account is expiring on 29.02.2016 (but I am still able to use it). I did subscribe to hubic in may last year.
I cannot contact anyone by email. Who can answer my account details on a more private and not public way? For sure I do not want to quit my membership.
