Vaya mierda de servicio.... nadie se digna a responder... no hay soporte de ningun tipo y la aplicacion/webpage tiene mas bugs que las versiones alphade windows.

I'm a customer of Hubic still not happy of Hubic service. A week ago I created a backup of my files. The backup is fully uploaded, but I CAN NOT download/open any of my files from (error: an error occurred the file does not exist) nor delete the entire backup (error: internal server error).

I'm almost sure this is caused to the quote character (") that is in the name of my backup. As a developper I know that special chars cause issues in file management and database. I also know that a normal software account for these situations and prevent end user from using special chars rather than allowing things that eventually lead to server/database error.

I'm waiting for a private message from a technician to solve my issue.
