Unable to update billing information

My Credit card expired and I received an email telling me such.

I have tried to log into my account to update my details, but my credentials are not working.

I tried to use the forgot password feature, but when I enter my email address associated with my account, is says the account does not exist.

How can I resolve this? Please Help.
