Hello,

According to my infos, you don't have subscribed to the annual billing but the monthly billing.

We currently have a bug which prevent to register some bank cards as payment method. Our technical team is trying to fix this bug as soon as possible.
Pending, you will receive your invoices by emails to pay them manually.

But you normally must be able to contract the service for one year by the web app https://hubic.com/home/

When I joined to Hubic I choosed a yearly plan but I don't know why every month since then I need to pay month by month, ┐could you help me please? I tried to add a payment method but It was imposible from my hubic-panel.
