Unable to connect

Hi, I am 10TB plan customer and I try to connect via web and hubic does not connect me with internal server error 500. What now?

I became a (free) member yesterday and am unable to log on. I have Windows 7 64 bit. I sense I'm not alone but have not found any answers.
