hubic server is in France. So, 25MB/s (Megabyte/s) is very good
I think this is your ISP issue.

I just changed provider and have 940mbps down and 115mbps up and I've seen the hubic client download at 25 MB/s (200 mbps) and upload at 13 MB/s (104 mbps) but only in short bursts.

I think part of the reason for that is that the client will only transfer three files at a time, another is that I'm on North America while the servers are in France.

What peering agreements your ISP has will also have an effect at those speeds. If your ISP had a peering agreement with Dropbox or equinix but not with OVH then you'll obviously see better performance from Dropbox, and that's not due to any limitations put on the hubic service.

All I know is that I can saturate my 60mbps download link with it without breaking a sweat.

No Gimli, I was talking in Megabit... The Speed I am able to download with Hubic is 6 Megabits = 750Kbytes/s vs 200Megabits/s = 25Mbytes/s that I am able to download with dropbox (and that is because 200Mb is my max internet speed)

And Im quite sure that is because is limited to that speed. The question is the pay version is also limited?

Keep in mind that the hubiC client shows the speed in MB/s, not Mb/s (megabyte vs megabit). 6MB/s is 48Mb/s.

I wouldn't think you'll get much different speed with different levels of service.

I would like the 10Tb Hubic
But I have been checking the free version and the download speed is around 6Mb/s while with Dropbox Im able to download at 200Mb/s (my internet conection is 200Mb/s)

6Mb/s means than a full restore of the 10TB would be in around 177 days....

My question is , will I have the same download speed with the Hubic 10Tb version than with the free version?
