Problems with the first login after setup

I have setup hubic on my home pc and my mac laptop succesfully but Im having problems with my work pc.
My home pc is a win7 64 bit as well as my work pc. While everything works fine at home, I can setup hubic on the work pc but when I run it for the first time and enter my account details the app just stays like this, unresponsive for hours. I can exit it from the taskbar icon but nothing else is working, and when I run it again I get the same dialog (new account/existing account). I have tried reinstalling it 3-4 times (on different locations, with no firewalls or antivirus running etc) but the same thing happens, after I press "Connect" everything stays greyed out...
Any ideas?
