How remove VAT for non-EU user?

It should've been removed automatically if it didn't apply according to the information you provided when you signed-up. I just paid up today and entered a non-European country on the subscription form and I wasn't charged the VAT. 41.67 Euro instead of 50.

I see a 20% VAT charge on the invoice. How can i remove it?

If i was paid 20% VAT, can it get 20% money back?
